- On October 13, 2026, support ends for the one-time-purchase version (Office 2021 and LTSC 2021). It keeps working, but gets no more fixes.

How it works
Step 1: Download
You get an email with a download link. Save the files to your computer.
Step 2: Open
Double-click a Word template, or open the Affinity Publisher file. Pick Letter or A4.
Step 3: Replace the text
Click on the sample words and type your own. Swap in your own photos and logo.
Step 4: Print
Print at the office, or save a PDF and send it to your print shop.

Questions
Do I need Microsoft Publisher to use these?
No. The $29 Word pack only needs Microsoft Word. The $49 bundle adds the same designs as Affinity Publisher files.
Which version of Word do I need?
The Word templates are .dotx files, which open in Word for Windows and Word for Mac.
Will these open my old .pub files?
No. These are new templates that you fill in. To move your old files out of Publisher, read how to convert .pub files.
Do you have A4 as well as US Letter?
Yes. Every design comes in both sizes.
What does pre-order mean?
You pay now, and we email you the files on September 30, 2026. If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund. See the refund policy.
Can I try one first?
Yes. There is a free half-fold bulletin template for Word.
I am not good with computers. Will I manage?
If you can change text in a Word document, you can use these. If you get stuck, email us and we will help.
